My Story

My name is Haiz and I am a 28 year old trans man. Since I was 6 years old, I knew something was wrong.  I knew my body didn't match who I thought I was deep inside. I fought this feeling my entire life. I came out as bisexual, then a lesbian, and then I realized it was time to stop denying myself of living my truth. I had developed a negative relationship with food, exercise, and my body. I found myself in the midst of an eating disorder and in a deep state of anxiety/depression. I tried every quick fix plan out there. None of them worked because they are not sustainable for 99% of people. I needed to make a change.

I finished my 5th year of teaching 4/5 Grade and decided to start my medical transition in January of 2022. This was the best decision I have ever made and quite literally, saved my life.

I got NASM Certified in Fitness & Nutrition. I started training LGBTQIA+ community members and our allies. There is nothing more I'd rather do with my time than help others find a way to live their truth, express their identities, and feel as comfortable in their bodies as possible.
